Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix is a product that is easily found in the USA, but not necessarily anywhere else in the world! I ran out so I had to find a way to make it myself, as it is an essential ingredient in my Banana Muffins. Here is how to mix up a batch:

Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

• ¼ cup ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons ground ginger
• 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Mix together gently. Put into dry glass containers. I have been experimenting putting it into various baked goods, such as pancakes and waffles. It’s a nice step up from cinnamon.
